Individual Counselling

This is individual counseling that works with you, for you, to better understand your needs and how your needs can be met.

This is for you if:

  • You are feeing dull and have no idea why.
  • You fear the judgement of those around you and a need a place to share what you feel are burdens. You need to lighten your load.
  • You are feeling misunderstood but are not sure how to communicate what it is you are wanting others to understand.
  • Your head and your heart are contradicting themselves and you are swimming in a paralyzing pool of indecisiveness
  • You don’t know what you do want but you do know what you don’t want.
  • You feel shame and/or guilt has taken over your life: you want to talk to someone about this.

Grief Counselling

This is grief counseling and support for a death loss. This can be individual or group sessions. Human loss or pet loss.

This is for you if:

  • Anyone experiencing grief due to a death loss or a person and/or a pet
  • Anyone experiencing anticipatory grief due to a death loss or a person and/or a pet
  • Caregivers of individuals actively dying
  • Professionals working with grief and loss
  • Professionals working in acute care settings and trauma response
    • Examples of professionals include but are not limited to: Physicians, RNs, LPNs, EMTs and Paramedics, Police Officers, Firefighters

Teens

This is individual counseling for teenagers.

This is for you or your teen if:

  • You are in the age range of 12-17 and are open to talking to someone
  • Parents: You are concerned your teen isn’t telling you everything and you want a safe place they can talk
  • Teens: You aren’t telling your parents everything (because it is hard and awkward) and want to talk with someone ( I am that someone AND can even help you with talking to your parents)
  • Teens: You feel like you are holding the weight of the world and need to let it out before you explode

Death 101

This is a facilitated workshop focused on living bravely. We will be discussing all things life AND death. This is an interactive workshop that will combine instruction with facilitated discussion and small group activities. Talking about death will have never been more creative, engaging and yes, fun.

This is for you if:

  • You have heard about and/or attended a Death Cafe and are wanting something a bit more guided/ facilitated
  • You are death curious and want a safe, non judgemental space to learn and share
  • You want to start your End of Life Care Planning and need a space to talk and think about it
